It takes about 5-20 minutes to set up the Bongo, depending on the inflator used.The O-Zone tubes are made of plain (no fabric reinforcement) vinyl with UV inhibitors built into the chemistry of the vinyl. All seams are high frequency welded for consistency. People with allergic reactions to latex rubber materials should have no problems using the O-Zone products since no natural rubber or natural rubber latex is used in the manufacture of these products. These products were designed specifically for lightweight portability (day use applications, primarily) and are not meant to be left in the water for extended periods of time. Although the product will not be affected by long term exposure to sun or water, they are not as durable in high use applications and are more prone to damage in storms, high winds, etc. The O-Zone should be anchored in at least 8 feet of water in an area at least 15 feet from any docks, boats or other obstructions.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If shipment is found to be damaged after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.

Umbrella Source offers our customers a 30-day (30 days from the original invoice date) satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. However, the Basic 30 Day Warranty policy applies only if the Product Return Procedure set forth in the RETURN POLICY tab of the product specification listings is followed. If the customer does not follow the stated Return Policy, it will result in the loss of the Basic 30 Day Warranty benefit. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.
