Assembly:

This particular teak furniture will be delivered in a complete knocked down (KD) form in a flat square or rectangle box to keep the cost of shipping to a minimum. You will be required to fully assemble this piece once you open the box. Detailed instruction and all special tools (in most cases) like allen wrenches will be provided.

Our Teak is primarily knot free and maintains a uniformity in grain and color. Our teak has been properly kiln-dried for low wood moisture content so that the milled parts will hold their shape over time without warping. Ensuring that it is the best available teak on the market (Grade A). Our teak wood contains high density levels of the natural oils and resins that make teak wood such an outstanding material for use in the construction of outdoor furniture.

Shipping:

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

Teak furniture purchased from Umbrella Source will be free of defects in material and workmanship. Period! Our teak comes with a 3-year warranty with normal wear of the teak and hardware. This does not include Commercial purchases.

• Defects are defined as imperfections that impair the use of your teak furniture.
• This guarantee does not apply to any cases of normal wear and tear of the furniture.
• Normal wear and tear is defined as the normal deterioration caused by regular use of the furniture.
• Checking, or small cracking, of the teak wood is a normal and natural occurrence that should be expected during normal use.
• This guarantee does not cover any damage or loss or condition that is beyond the control of Umbrella Source including but not limited to cases of unauthorized repair, improper assembly, modifications after purchase, improper use, infestation, negligence, misuse, vandalism, wind damage, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fire, earthquake or any other similar acts of God.
• This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the teak furniture with proof of purchase.

Umbrella Source reserves the right to repair or replace any piece that is covered under the terms of this guarantee. Repair or replacement may involve Umbrella Source providing parts directly to our customer where applicable. Umbrella Source will, at its expense, ship any piece of teak furniture back to our facility in cases where Umbrella Source determines that the repair or replacement cannot be completed by our customer with parts supplied by Umbrella Source.

Our customer must first call us toll free at 800-510-TEAK (8325) to notify us of any potential problem. We may ask that photos be provided to us via email where possible so that we can determine the extent of the defect and the corrective action that is most prudent.
