I was very pleased with the customer service, even before I ordered. I used the chat feature and had my questions answered immediately. We received our umbrella a few days ago. It appears to be made very well. We can't wait to try it out at the beach next month!

We are very pleased with the end result. We originally received umbrellas with the wrong frame mechanism, but Pamela took great care of us, arranged the return pick-up, and we received the replacements late last week. And they are just right!
