The people who work at Umbrella Source truly care about your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. They are friendly, professional and listen to what you want and need. We had an unexpected fall wind storm with wind that hit 75 miles per hour. We were out of town and we left our Frankford 11' umbrella up. When we returned the umbrella attached to an umbrella weight drug my 7' table along with 6 steel chairs across my deck until it bound up. The umbrella and canvas all held up with only the base piece bending. Umbrella Source replaced the piece at no charge. Frankford umbrellas and Umbrella Source will be the only place I'll ever use. I had replaced other brand umbrellas many times that were ruined in winds as low as 25 miles an hour. My advice buy from Umbrella Source!
